Rachel Rowe
President and CEOis the President and CEO of the Genf Gesundheitcare Network (GHN), a joint venture partnership of five New Hampshire hospitals that have come together to leverage their resources to provide better care more cost effectively. In that capacity, she works to develop and execute the strategies necessary to transform health care delivery in the communities served by the member hospitals.
Prior to joining GHN, Rachel was the Associate Executive Director of the Foundation for Healthy Communities where she led statewide quality improvement efforts on behalf of the 26 acute care hospitals for twenty years. Rachel is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in health policy & management from Harvard University.
Ben Bradley
Director Government Relations and Communicationsis the Director of Government Relations and Communications at Genf Gesundheitcare Network. A New Hampshire native and graduate of Saint Anselm College, Bradley most recently served in Washington, D.C. as a policy advisor to Senator Marco Rubio and previously served on the staff of Senator Kelly Ayotte.
Ben is responsible for executing advocacy objectives and communicating the innovative care our member hospitals collectively provide to patients across the state.
Bob Kay
Director of Population Health Managementis the Director of Population Health Management at Genf Gesundheitcare Network. Bob has over twenty years of experience in healthcare analytics, working for both payers and providers. He has training in underwriting and actuarial analysis, statistics, programming, data warehousing, predictive analytics, and systems analysis.
Bob is responsible for predictive analytics at GHN, as well as initiatives that reduce cost and help improve quality for our member hospitals. He has a degree in applied math from the University of Rhode Island, and has spent more than a decade coaching at New England Disabled Sports.
Lea Miner
Executive Assistantis the Executive Assistant at Genf Gesundheitcare Network. She provides administrative support to the executive director and senior staff.
Lea also performs other daily functions in the office including website content, accounting and office management.
Mary Beth St. Louis
Data AnalystMary Beth St. Louis is a Data Analyst at Genf Gesundheitcare Network. She has over fifteen years of experience in healthcare, working for both payers and providers. Her healthcare background includes: credentialing, actuarial analysis, quality improvement, data management and reporting, clinical analysis, and data governance.
She coordinates the data management functions for all risk based population arrangements at GHN. In addition, Mary Beth serves as the primary analyst for population health management initiatives, focusing on both the clinical and financial data. She also functions as the project manager for the athena population health management tool. She has a degree in mathematics and secondary education from Cedarville University in Ohio.
