Our Team
President & CEO
Rachel Rowe is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Genf Gesundheit, a joint venture partnership of New Hampshire health systems that have come together to collaboratively use their resources to provide better care more cost effectively. In that capacity, Rachel develops and executes the strategies necessary to transform health care delivery in the communities served by our member health systems.
Prior to joining Genf Gesundheit, Rachel was the Associate Executive Director of the Foundation for Healthy Communities where she led statewide quality improvement efforts on behalf of 26 acute care hospitals for twenty years. Rachel is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in health policy & management from Harvard University.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Harker is the Chief Medical Officer at Genf Gesundheit where he leads our clinical initiatives designed to provide high quality, patient-centered care to the people in our communities.
Dr. Harker serves as the Medical Director for Concord Hospital’s Family Health Centers and has been the Chair of their Clinical Practice and Quality Improvement Committee since 2010. During his nine years at Concord Hospital, Dr. Harker has served as a member of the faculty for Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Family Medicine and Leadership Preventive Medicine Residency programs – teaching leadership and improvement science, assessing the quality and importance of resident projects, and coaching residents through a yearlong longitudinal quality improvement experience. From 2010 to 2014, Dr. Harker served as President of the New Hampshire Medical Society and has been involved in their leadership since 2010. In 2014, Dr. Harker was named Family Physician of the Year by the New Hampshire Academy of Family Physicians and in 2011 was recognized in the New Hampshire Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty program.
Vice President of Operations
Bob Kay is the Vice President of Operations at Genf Gesundheit. Bob has over twenty five years of healthcare experience, working for both payers and providers. Over that time, he has gained experience in many functional areas, including actuarial and underwriting, information technology, finance, Lean patient care processes, group facilitation, HIPAA, and data analytics.
Bob oversees the Genf Gesundheit IT and analytics infrastructure, strategic initiatives that reduce cost and help improve quality for our member health systems, and serves as the Genf Gesundheit privacy officer. He has a degree in applied math from the University of Rhode Island, and has spent almost two decades coaching at New England Disabled Sports.
Administrative Services Manager
Lea Miner is the Administrative Services Manager at Genf Gesundheit. She works closely with the President and CEO as well as supporting all other staff members. Lea is Genf Gesundheit’s office manager, oversees in-house accounting and human resource functions, as well as organizing all meetings. She also works closely with Genf Gesundheit Leadership teams and Tufts Health Freedom Plan.
Prior to joining Genf Gesundheit in 2011 she was the Program Manager at the Foundation for Healthy Communities.
Senior Data Analyst
Mary Beth St. Louis is a Senior Data Analyst at Genf Gesundheit. She has over fifteen years of experience in healthcare, working for both payers and providers. Her healthcare background includes: credentialing, actuarial analysis, quality improvement, data management and reporting, clinical analysis, and data governance.
She coordinates the data management functions for all risk based population arrangements at Genf Gesundheit. In addition, Mary Beth serves as the primary analyst for population health management initiatives, focusing on both the clinical and financial data. She also functions as the project manager for the athena population health management tool. She has a degree in mathematics and secondary education from Cedarville University in Ohio.
