Gregory J. Walker
Chair of the Board
Wentworth-Douglass Hospital
Gregory J. Walker, FACHE, serves as President and CEO of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Before joining the Hospital in 1997, he served as Vice President of Operations/Chief Operating Officer at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County and South Jersey Health Corporation, Salem, NJ from 1986-1997. Prior to that, he served as Assistant Administrator and Vice President at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida from 1980-1986. Mr. Walker currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, New England Life Care and the VHA New England and is Past Chairman of the Foundation for Healthy Communities Board.
Joseph Pepe, MD
Catholic Medical Center
Joseph Pepe, MD, is President and Chief Executive Officer of CMC Healthcare System which includes the 330-bed Catholic Medical Center, the New England Heart and Vascular Institute, and several subsidiaries including primary and specialty care practices, urgent care and an ambulatory surgery partnership with 30 independent physicians and surgeons. Dr. Pepe graduated from St. Anselm College with a BA in Biology and received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. He and his wife reside in Manchester and their son is a resident in Emergency Medicine.
Robert P. Steigmeyer
Concord Hospital
Robert P. Steigmeyer is President and Chief Executive Officer of Capital Region Health Care and Concord Hospital. Prior to assuming this position in January 2014, Mr. Steigmeyer was Chief Executive officer at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania, a regional healthcare resource that includes a 297-bed hospital and trauma center, and a 180-bed skilled nursing facility. Prior to his experience in healthcare administration, Mr. Steigmeyer was a partner in ECG Management Consultants, Inc. a national firm that provides a broad range of strategic, management, and information technology-related consulting services to healthcare providers. Mr. Steigmeyer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College, a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Louis University School of Business, and a Master of Health Administration degree from St. Louis University Center for Health Services Education and Research.
Kevin J. Callahan
Exeter Health Resources
Kevin J. Callahan has served as President and CEO of Exeter Health Resources, Inc. and Exeter Hospital, Inc. since 1985. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Exeter Health Resources, Inc. and Exeter Hospital, Inc. from 1981 to 1985. Mr. Callahan graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts and received his Master in Health Service Administration at George Washington University.
Kevin W. Donovan

Kevin joined LRGHealthcare June, 2016 after serving as President and CEO of Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, VT for almost six years. Kevin’s previous roles included serving as a Senior Vice President at the Elliot Health System in Manchester, Director at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, and a hospital and physician practice leader in various organizations in Massachusetts.
In addition to the positions he’s held at various healthcare organizations throughout NH, Kevin has been heavily involved with a number of professional and community organizations including as a fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American College of Medical Practice Executives; the president-elect for the Northern New England Association of Healthcare Executives; a board member for the Vermont Association of Hospital and Health Systems; a member of the American Hospital Association (AHA) Small and Rural Governing Council; and past president of the Windsor, VT Rotary Club and the Vermont Regent to the American College of Health Care Executives.
Michael S. Rose
Southern New Hampshire Health
Michael S. Rose, is the President and CEO of Southern New Hampshire Health, consisting of Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Foundation Medical Partners. Mr. Rose joined the organization in 2007 as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to his current position in 2016. Prior to joining Southern New Hampshire Health, he was Staff/Senior Auditor with the Commonwealth of Virginia, Auditor of Public Accounts and then Vice President of Finance and Operations for Cooper Health System in New Jersey. Mr. Rose holds a BS in Accounting from Longwood University and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
